where heating reduces humidity, and someone in your household is sick, you’ve

SUMMARY Venezuela is likely stable. If they haven’t
cracked under all the pressure applied over the last few years, they aren’t
going to. Mortality data is unavailable. We are using the same assumptions as for the rest
of the world. Venezuela has little seasonality factor which makes them compare
unfavorable to northern hemisphere countries currently getting a break from
summer. Without seasonal perturbation what happens in Venezuela is completely up to Venezuelans. There is extremely high
travel risk now but it will decline to
nothing by early September. IHME is not projecting Venezuela. We are a bit
braver. Observation: VERY
FAST RECOVERY. Venezuela gets the
3-rabbits award for the fastest recovery of any nation on Earth. They will be completely and utterly immune
to COVID without 10 weeks or less. |
